The cleanliness of the room was comparable to some 5-star hotels we have stayed in, just without the bells and whistles. The portable heater worked well and kept us warm. The owners clearly take pride in what they do. They were always warm, polite, and welcoming, with a smile on their faces every time we saw them. The hotel restaurant was excellent, tasty meals at a good price. No need to eat anywhere else. It is also in a great location, only a few minutes' walk to the town centre. Would happily stay again. A solid 10 out of 10 from us!

Room service is also available. Absolutely top experience high in the Andes! Everything was as expected. Clean rooms, good breakfast, great views from suites and breakfast room.

Hotel Kuntur Wassi is 7 km from La Granja de Colca scenic point and 70 km from Chivay Town. The whole staff was extremely attentive and friendly – we felt very welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

An American breakfast is served daily and there is a restaurant that serves Peruvian dishes for lunch and dinner. The staff is so nice. Food is amazing and we even had the opportunity to watch the moon with ´el professor’ in the observatory. It’s one of our best stay in Peru
