Just 5 minutes’ walk from Turangi town centre, Creel Lodge is a 4.5-star Qualmark rated motel offering self-contained suites with a private patio and BBQ facilities. We had a lovely stay. We were there two nights for a hike in Turangi. The facilities were wonderful. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. The grounds were amazingly beautiful. Highly recommended.

The location was 10 minute drive from the centre of Taupo, breakfast was excellent. Angie and Garth were incredibly friendly giving us help with places to eat and all around the local area. Despite the cold weather in New Zealand for summer we had a fire in the lodge to keep us warm.

Located on the edge of Lake Taupo, The Cove- On The Lake offers luxury rooms with satellite TV and either fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes. What a pleasure it was to stay at The Cove. The manager could not have been more accommodating, simply excellent service. The room was lovely, well appointed. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a 2 bedroom hotel room. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was included. The hotel is in a nice location near the lake, free parking.

El Oreti Village Resort ofrece apartamentos elegantes con balcón privado, cocina completa, lavadora y vistas al lago Taupo y a las montañas de los alrededores. Me encantó la ubicación, el personal es encantador, el apartamento está bien decorado y tiene de todo: cocina super equipada, lavadora y secadora, lavaplatos. En el restaurante se come muy bien y es bonito.

El Taupo DeBretts Spa Resort se encuentra a solo 800 metros del lago Taupo, formado en el cráter de un volcán. La ubicación es increíble para llegar a cualquier lado. La cama es muy cómoda y amé las almohadas. No me pude meter a la piscina porque estaba muy lejos de mi habitación y me iba a dar frío.

Suncourt Hotel & Conference Centre offers spectacular views of Lake Taupo and the volcanoes of Tongariro National Park. Great location, close to town and near the lake. Amazing view from the chairs out the front of the room.
