We used for the night before our early flight home - we were able to eat at the local food vendors just 5mins walk away, have a late night dip in the pool and got to the airport without stress the next day. The owner James was warm and friendly and we felt very safe.

El The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel, situado en Bukit Bintang, es un alojamiento de inspiración retro rodeado de bares y centros comerciales. I loved the location of the hotel , so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool area was also great. I also really liked how very friendly and helpful all the staff members were. I thought the extra touches of choosing your pillow type , choice of a mattress cover , the ability to do my laundry downstairs and the lovely afternoon tea were all such wonderful touches!

We spent two nights in a family room on the fifth floor where there is a gym, a play area for children and a beautiful terrace where you can relax after a long day of visiting the city. A note of merit goes to all the hotel staff, from the reception, to the cleaning department (thanks Mr Kayes) they are all extremely friendly, kind and always ready to help you. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come to KL again.
