Fabulous stay, my first time in Malaysia. The characterful and historic building is renovated with great taste and simplicity, creating a comfortable, secure and relaxing environment. The room was of good size, comfortable bed, desk etc and excellent shower. The air-con was efficient and very necessary! Breakfast is by the pool and offers a daily "Asian special" which features the different cuisines of the island. The hotel is located just outside the UNESCO bufferzone, the neighbourhood is safe and very walkable with many exceptional eating options within a short walk. Special mention for the hotel staff who were exceptionally welcoming and attentive.

It incorporates a restaurant, rooms and an art gallery. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the outdoor bathroom. In an ideal location to explore street art, restaurants, art galleries and shops in the area. Ruby was a wonderful host - kind, enthusiastic and super helpful! We loved our time at Coffee Artelier and would come back in a heartbeat!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing service! The hotel location is great, walking distance to all tourist spots and eateries. It's a great place to stay and watch the new year fireworks without fighting with the crowd in bars to get a view of the KOMTAR fireworks . There is an amazing view of KOMTAR fireworks from the parking lot.
