The location is pictureperfect facing the irridiscent sea, the rooms are very clean, the food is fresh and homemade and the staff is very friendly. Especially the bartenders and the restaurant aswell as maintenance staff. We had a wonderful time and that was not only because Holbox is a magical place but also because of Palapas del Sol ☆

We loved the rooftop pool and lounge area, perfect balance of shade and sun options. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and we even got a free upgrade to a room with a lovely balcony. The road was quiet and had security, the area felt safe at night. The host was very friendly and accommodating, included clear instructions to access the property, recommended local restaurants, and was available by text at all times. We can’t recommend this location enough!

He gave us a map our the recommended restaurants and cenotes nearby. They had some cats, lovely dogs, and even an opossum ? The swimming pool was really nice, we took a lot of bathes in it and were always alone. And the breakfast was also really good.
