The staff was nice, food and drinks were great and overall perfect vibe!!

Nice rooftop to chill out on and great value for money. Room really nice and modern.

Well located location, big comfy room, the Host Madjid was awesome and provided insightful information. Beach towels were also provided. Near the center but very quiet.

Absolutely beautiful place, a lush oasis which is so colourful and well-kept. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was well worth the extra cost. The owners are also really lovely and helpful! We actually extended our stay by one night and would definitely stay here again

The location was amazing, really quite and can enjoy the (private) Beach. We have enjoyed it that much and extended one more Day. The staff are friendly and attentive, plus the breakfast was very good.

The staff is very kind and responsive to the problems or requests. The Junior Suite where i stayed has all the facilities for five stars and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location is close to the most important restaurants and shops (a few steps away - no need a taxi , also very expensive). For transfer from Tulum airport I used Amstar, also very well.
