Mariana was an excellent host.

The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

The location was amazing, really quite and can enjoy the (private) Beach. We have enjoyed it that much and extended one more Day. The staff are friendly and attentive, plus the breakfast was very good.

Fantastic staff, attentive, kind and super helpful with itineraries and suggestions as well as immediately resolving and providing a room upgrade after my concern with the air con. Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Casa Colibri is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Everything basicly, the location was great, the bar, the music, food & coctails, the staff especially Hector was very friendly and helpful with everything. Many thanks for all!

Este pequeño hotel está situado en la famosa Quinta Avenida de Playa del Carmen, una zona conocida como "pequeña Italia". The location of the Hotel is insanely good. Stuff is very friendly and the prices are fair. All in all a sweet Mexican Hotel.

Este hotel elegante está situado a 50 metros de la playa de arena, en el centro de Playa del Carmen, y muy cerca de tiendas, sitios para comer y locales de ocio nocturno. The hotel was excellent value for a small, older property. Our room was overlooking the courtyard and pool so it was quiet at night and we slept well in a comfortable bed with a nice comforter. There was construction going on in the next door property during the day, but nothing to do with Kinbe. The pool doesn't get much sun, so it was a cool dip but it was clean and very refreshing once we were in! Marie, on the front desk, was very helpful about getting around, and accomodating. We were allowed to leave our bags at the desk both before check in, and after check out to accommodate our schedule and make the most of our time there. You can walk straight down the street to the beach and there's a great restaurant/bar there. We found that piece of beach a bit rocky, but if you walk over one street it opens onto a better part of the beach. Very well located and a great place to stay if you are looking for beach, restaurants or night life nearby.
