Location is central (10 min walk from the blue gate) but away from the noise of the Medina. It was one of the most beautiful and authentic riads we've ever seen. Decor and interior are stunning, pictures don't do it justice. Everything is perfectly clean. The staff is very helpful and kind. For this price, it's a fantastic deal.
Fes El Bali, Fès
Dar Bensouda is located in the heart of Fes’s Medina, just 15-minute walk from Batha Square. This riad offers en suite rooms, 2 courtyards and a swimming pool.
Dar Bensouda’s rooms combine the traditional architecture of the original palace with modern comforts. The rooms and suites are arranged around the fountain courtyard. They are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom. The suites have a bathtub and sitting room.
We had a great experience! We were warmly welcomed by Dar Bensouda staff, even though I came at a ridiculous hour of 5am. The hotel is built inside a 16th century buidling — the ceilings and the decor are amazing, and the room stays cool during the day even without an AC. And it was nice to chill by the pool after the heat of the streets outside.

Absolutely amazing Riad, located very close to tala kebira and the blue gate, right where you want to be inside Fes medina but close to the gate. Really good value for price paid, good breakfast, quiet and spacious room with powerful A/C. A special mention goes to the staff, in particular to Lahcen, who went above and beyond to make our stay friendlier. He gave us several tips on the area, even booked a local restaurant on the phone on our behalf. Will definitely stay in Riad Sabah whenever we return to Fes.

Excursions in the area and transfers can be organised, with an additional cost. Easily one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever lived in. In the historical part of Fes, Riad Braya features an indoor swimming pool in the patio, a seating area, a courtyard with Italian marble and Moroccan zellige tiles. Set in the Medina of Fès, just a 1-minute walk from the Batha Museum, Dar Al Madina Al Kadima offers guestrooms in a riad. Guests can enjoy panoramic views on the rooftop terrace and relax in the Moroccan lounge. Mohammed and Hamsa were very helpful in responding to my request seeking emergency medical assistance to address a severe cold/sore throat and stomach ailment that immobilized me, making my stay miserable. Got me checked in to a nearby hospital which successfully treated and released me within about 4 hours that turned the prospects of my trip around 180 degrees.

Set within Fes Medina, Dar Attajalli offers traditional Moroccan décor, a rooftop terrace with views of the Medina and a fountain. The spice, antique and perfume Bazaar is only a 3-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi access is provided. Great riad in the middle of the medina. Facilities were very comfortable and clean with a great breakfast. Hamza was fantastic and could not do enough to help, including providing a takeaway breakfast for our early check-out. We would highly recommend this place. Fes medina is hard to navigate at first and Google Maps is not always reliable, so don’t hesitate to contact Hamza for help if you need it.
Fes El Bali, Fès
Dar Faracha Fes is set a 2-minute walk from the Medina of Fes and offers a rooftop terrace with a view of the city. It is traditionally designed and guests are free to relax on the patio or in the lounge. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at, I cannot recommend it enough. I'll start with the most important, which is the people. Murad and the others made us feel like welcome guests rather than customers. They went out of their way to ensure that we weren't missing a thing. Starting with small things like ensuring we always have drinking water, to doing our laundry when we asked - without extra charge I might add. This is in addition to helping organize things during our stay. The room itself was beautiful, big, clean, comfortable and quiet. The riad is beautiful. Do yourself a favor and book this.

Great location, nice interior design, good breakfast. Funky vibes!
Excellent location close to Talaa Kbira (main street) but at the same time hidden in a quiet tiny alley. Great breakfast served on rooftop by an amazing chef. Beautiful & authentic interior design, with a nice lovely view over Old Fes from the rooftop.
Muhammed was incredibly welcoming, he showed us the property, told us about Fes and made us a great breakfast. The riad had a lovely interior design, the breakfast layout was great (you all have breakfast together) and the beds were very xomfortable!
The riad was beautiful. the design and tile work was stunning and the outdoor area with the pool was wonderful. We were offered Moroccan food on the menu and the Pastilla with fruit was delicious. the atmosphere was one of a kind. the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and lovely. the women working there were very helpful, friendly and kind. I would highly recommend.
Very friendly and impeccable service. The property is gorgeous ! The moroccan gastronomy is very refined in the beautifully designed restaurant with stunning 360 views of the Medina. Our suite was amazingly gorgeous mixing a traditional stylish design with high luxury comfort. The property is full of magnificent artworks. The breakfast is a delight. The spa pools are the most impressive I have seen anywhere. 5 star luxury at its very best !
