The Galle Fort Hotel began life as an 18th Century Dutch villa and along the way has taken many guises from RAF barracks, post office, bakery, lapidary and in the recent past a pitch for the Fort’s... The property is beautiful and well maintained. We loved the customer service, everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location near the road. Close to a clean and comfortable beach for swimming, a bus station, a railway station, shops, markets, and cafes. Everything you need is within walking distance from the house. The house itself and the surrounding area are very tidy , beautiful and clean. The owner, his family, and the assistant are friendly and pleasant people. There are tables and chairs on the premises, perfect for relaxing. There's also a shared living room where we had interesting conversations with the owner. Additionally, we were taught how to cook jackfruit and banana flower. After cooking, we enjoyed a communal dinner. The breakfasts are fresh and delicious. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything necessary provided. It’s convenient for both short stays and longer-term visits. Thank you for the hospitality. We highly recommend this place for staying in Hikkaduwa!

The views from the property were absolutely amazing! We could just hang out by the pool in the morning and watch the peacock and monkeys fool around which was a blast. The room was perfect with high ceilings, an abundance of natural sunlight (can shade if you want), and as clean as can be. The host and staff couldn’t have been more kind! They helped arrange rides, provided local dining options, activities to consider…pretty much you name it! The breakfast spread we had in the morning was, without question, the best we had during our trip! We couldn’t have been happier with the little time we were able to have there & we owe it all to the amazing people running it!!! ☺️

Fort de 19 Villa - Galle Fort es un alojamiento bien situado en el centro de Galle que ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. The roof top to watch the kites in the early evening! And the property was full of character!

El Sergent House se encuentra junto a la playa de Unawatuna y ocupa una villa boutique con una arquitectura colonial que data de 1800. A beautiful hotel in an old building. Interesting details. Amazing staff and location. There were always about 5 people in the hotel, but it was always quiet and comfortable. I definitely recommend

Sri Lanka Dunes Unwatuna es un hotel boutique respetuoso con el medio ambiente cerca de la hermosa playa de Unawatuna (100 metros / 5 minutos a pie). It's a really nice property with great staff and great service. It's relaxing to have a place like this out from the madness of the local town. Good food, too.

Nice little boutique hotel tucked at the far end of Hikkaduwa beach, away from the hustle and bustle from the main part. Despite this, the hotel is surrounded by great little restaurants (not to mention its own restaurant). We had a very relaxing time thanks to the great service and chilled out atmosphere. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time on the beach.
