I had an awesome stay at the Cinnamon Grand in Colombo! The staff were super friendly and always made sure I was doing okay. My room was really clean and comfy. The food was great too — Play had this awesome buffet and a la carte options, and breakfast was amazing with both Sri Lankan and Western dishes. The hoppers were delicious, and the coffee was really good. Overall, everything was just great. Can’t wait to go back!

We didn't want to stay in the city since our trip to the country is a short one but we're now planning to go back to Colombo earlier and stay here a few days longer. It's in a very easy to access part of the city. You can walk and find so many restaurants/cafes/markets as you like. Easy to find transportation to go anywhere as well. The place itself is beautifully designed, well maintained and clean. The pool area is very nice, there is a small area for gym purposes as well, which is a smart design element. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. Beds are comfy and the bathroom is just appealing to the eye. Overall a very well designed and maintained place. The experience of staying here is well worth it.

Zylan Colombo is 2 km from National Museum and Independent Square, while Colombo City Centre is 3 km away. The resort is a 5-minute drive from Boralella Bus Station. Beautiful boutique hotel with amazingly friendly staff. The rooms were large, spotlessly clean and modern. The rooftop pool was a lovely relief from the heat. Breakfast was really good and the nighttime dining was really good especially the Japanese restaurant. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved how beautiful the place is. Staff is friendly and understanding. We asked for a different room and they had one ready for us. It took a while for them to get it ready as the previous customers were still occupying the room. Loved that we were handed over a 10% discount card to shop at their Paradise road stores.
