The staff at the Lounge Bar and at the Splendido restaurant were extremely warm and were always looking after us. The Concierge, the bell staff and room service everyone as just excellent. Mr. Simon Finch was super welcoming and very warm and ensured our needs were met.

Staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel has a very pleasant smell. The room has everything you need: kettle, refrigerator, slippers. Necessities (a toothbrush, for example) can be borrowed from the hotel lobby. I really liked the onsen at the hotel. I enjoyed to stay here.
