Having the Onsen available is a great perk and a reason to spend a lot of time in the hotel. I stayed in one of the traditional rooms and the beds on the floor were very comfy. Breakfast and Dinner are very good. I recommend eating in the hotel as it is more comfortable and perhaps the best option in the vicinity. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us in calling a taxi at 5 AM without any hassle. Their excellent service made our early departure smooth.
