Communication was proactive and very helpful, every detail was explained. The room is very nice, with daily cleaning service and superb bathroom. Everything you need was there, including such a small but making a huge difference thing like shaving set and toothbrush! The breakfast is just perfect, with fresh local products, great coffee, and freshly baked croissant, which smell is waking you up in the morning. The location is great, and the free parking is in 5 min walking. The cable car to the hills is in 5 min driving. Walking trails from Cogne and Lillaz in 35 min driving. Perfect stay. Will miss Aosta with its peaceful and easy pace and terrific views to the mountains. Thanks for the perfect stay!!

Some rooms have a balcony and small kitchenette. A lovely room, tastefully decorated, in the heart of Orvieto, just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo in a historic building. The room was comfortable, with an excellent bed, and the host was available, meeting us upon arrival and assisting with finding parking. In the morning, we had breakfast at the nearby family café. Since the guesthouse is located in the heart of the historic city, parking can be challenging. We visited in winter, and in the evening, there was plenty of parking in the nearby public parking lot, which is free at night. Note that in paid parking lots with a machine, only coins can be used.
