Customer service was exceptionally good: attention to details, help in changing room, etc. The food was very good, and the hotel is very close to Taj Mahal (walkable distance). I will come back.

Hotel Taj Resorts is situated 500 metres from UNESCO Heritage Site, Taj Mahal. Offering its guests massage services and a sauna. Guests can enjoy relaxing at its rooftop pool. We came back to Agra 10 years later and booked the same hotel because it was very convenient for visiting Taj Mahal when they open, since the hotel is located 500 meters from the East gate. The environment has been improved, with a handicraft center and a paved avenue to the gate. The hotel is as good as it was back in the day and the restaurant is even better now.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. The staff booked me a train ride back to Delhi making sure I got a good seat and made sure I got the the station on time. Food and service at the restaurant was amazing.
