Offering an outdoor swimming pool, a massage parlour and a spa and wellness centre, The Gulaal is located in Jaisalmer. It is 1 km from Jaisalmer Fort, Gadisar Lake and Jaisalmer Folklore Museum. The property offers free parking. EVERYTHING!! From the moment we (my husband and I) stepped on the ground, we fell in love with the place. It was already wee in the morning when we arrived but still Babu ( manager I guess ) greeted us warmly..🥲..Check in went on fast and smooth as we were already exhausted from a 12 hours train journey..😭😓..We were offered the best room they had and when we went in, all our tiredness and sleep went away. The room was extraordinary beautiful with different colours and the designs on the wall was so pretty that I felt like staying in it for the rest of my life!! 😁.. The room had an extra space outside before it opens to another empty area (like a balcony but more spacious) which had stairs that led us to their small clean garden and swimming pool. Breakfast was also included and of course the choices were many and the taste was delicious. We had dinner on our last night and we regretted that we did not had more of it. Their cook is definitely an excellent cook!! ✌🏼😃.. The whole place can be used as an excellent place for photography because it’s EXTRAORDINARY BEAUTIFUL, PEACEFUL, and the most important part is the people in it. They were helpful, informative, honest and respectful. Khatu Haveli is a heritage property built in the 19th century has 3 courtyards and magnificent arches and terraces. It is located in Jaipur, just 1.5 km from Nahargarh Fort and 10 km from Jal Mahal Palace at Mansagar Lake. Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel. This haveli is a calm and quiet oasis that’s absolutely stunning. You’re a short walk away from the busy Chandpole Bazar but the haveli grounds themselves are somehow so peaceful and we slept well. Our room was clean, comfy and stylish. The shower pressure was honestly the best we found in our 15-day india trip. They also have an gorgeous rooftop terrace area with tables and chairs so you can relax there and enjoy the views of the city. Manish and the restaurant staff were very helpful and checked we always had everything we needed, including assisting us with luggage storage and drop off. Their restaurant is stunning, we had breakfast and dinner there. We also booked a driver through them for a day of sightseeing forts - our driver Veeru was fantastic!

The hostel is located within a short walk of shops, restaurants and many other tourist attractions. The City Palace and Jagdish Temple are situated 200 metres away. Udaipur Airport is located 24 km away. The place is clean and really nice. The position is also close to all the main attractions of the city. At sunset the view from the terrace is amazing. The staff was just splendid, they were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They organized a lot of fun activities for the guests creating a family-like atmosphere. Definitely the best experience I ever had in a hostel!! Highly suggested.

Our room had a beautiful view of the fort, and the roof top restaurants and bars were terrific. The hotel organized a guide for us, and we had a wonderful tour of the city.

Situated on a hill, it has a rooftop restaurant and terrace offering city and lake views. Incredible restoration of a beautiful historic building. Our favorite place we stayed while in India!
