They provided bottled water, toiletries, and separate towels for the pool. The pool area was also immaculate, it looked like a travel brochure picture every single day. They have a bar by the pool where you can buy drinks and food. It's very reasonably priced and was honestly better than the food and cocktails at very expensive restaurants: delicious and really well presented. It's a really short walk to central Fira and is even closer to a supermarket and a place to get good gyros (Golden Grill). Last but definitely not least, the staff we great! They were really helpful and attentive, but would also have a bit more of a friendly chat which made the vibe comfortable and friendly. I can't believe the quality of the stay we had, especially for the price... I'd expect to pay twice as much for that quality. I'm blown away by everything.

Very well situated at the end of the Caldera so there is quiet but so close to the busy centre of Fira so it's easy to get to all the restaurants and views. Room was great and I had a view of the sunrise from the balcony!

But the best thing about it was the lovely receptions Ioanna who always had a smile on her face, warm lovely caring nature & greeted you with respect & made you feel like home. She also made time to have a chat with us, nothing was a problem for her always to help & offer recommendations to all the site’s & restaurants. She even helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs to our room . We loved our stay at Gianna Suites I would definitely recommend the hotel & I will definitely be staying here again !

Santorini Kastelli Resort enjoys a secluded location just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach of Kamari. Surrounded by fragrant gardens and lush lawns, the 5-star resort offers 2 swimming pools, a spa and a poolside bar restaurant. Service was absolutely the best!! Our transportation from the airport didn’t come, but we got a complimentary transportation on our last day so we were happy with the solution. Very beautiful environment and clean everywhere. The reception staff helped us with booking a catamaran trip, which was amazing. I can recommend to anyone staying in Santorini.
