DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Leeds City Centre is situated in the waterside Granary Wharf area, only 2 minutes' walk from Leeds Railway Station and a 7-minutes' walk from the city centre shops. Limited parking is available. Our second time to stay at the hotel. We upgraded to a suite which was excellent. Super location , Wonderful staff and fantastic breakfast selection.

All of the individually designed apartments feature a kitchen/dining area, spacious living area, comfortable bedroom(s) and a range of modern comforts including WiFi internet access, Sky Sports and Setanta channels. The facilities were well appointed, clean, and fresh. Was there to explore the University and the City Center; the location could not have been better. And most importantly, the staff was available, helpful, and extremely friendly!

Comfortable with friendly and helpful staff (helped with booking parking). The room was cosy with a great view of the Dales. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.

Each homely en suite bedroom at Shibden Mill has a flat-screen TV, DVD player, tea/coffee and bathrobes. Guests have access to a DVD library. The breakfasts are the best I’ve had anywhere. Delicious coffee, brown or white toast with honey or homemade marmalade, jams etc. Large selection of cereals with various fruits and toppings with delicious thick yogurt. Also a choice of hot porridge/oatmeal and cooked vegan, vegetarian and breakfast options in generous portions. What’s not to like! The room was tastefully decorated and very clean, with the bed in particular warm, and very comfortable. The bathroom had a lovely heated towel rail and bathtub/shower with copious amounts of hot water. Lovely thick towels in plenty and a dressing gown provided. The WiFi was excellent throughout and a radio and tv were available.

The building presents very well, atmosphere in all areas was welcoming, staff were courteous but not over attentive - I guess in short I felt at home there (i am a return customer) and I have not rated anyone else with a '10'
