The room was cozy and had great decorations and tons of little teas and coffees and cute pillows it was adorable. The view was great as well and the location really can’t be beat. It’s quite a happening spot but not loud at night.

Limited parking is available. The location of the hotel is perfect, where it surrounded by the channel, restaurants and cafes. The view of our connected rooms is perfect, where the channel and the train platforms. The breakfast is located in front of the channel as well, and it is a great selection of hot and cold food and drinks.

Each homely en suite bedroom at Shibden Mill has a flat-screen TV, DVD player, tea/coffee and bathrobes. Guests have access to a DVD library. The breakfasts are the best I’ve had anywhere. Delicious coffee, brown or white toast with honey or homemade marmalade, jams etc. Large selection of cereals with various fruits and toppings with delicious thick yogurt. Also a choice of hot porridge/oatmeal and cooked vegan, vegetarian and breakfast options in generous portions. What’s not to like! The room was tastefully decorated and very clean, with the bed in particular warm, and very comfortable. The bathroom had a lovely heated towel rail and bathtub/shower with copious amounts of hot water. Lovely thick towels in plenty and a dressing gown provided. The WiFi was excellent throughout and a radio and tv were available.

I liked everything about my stay here. Comfortable room, great bathroom. Washer/Dryer in the cupboard which was great seeing as I had already been travelling for 10 days. Quiet. Warm. Great location. The building presents very well, atmosphere in all areas was welcoming, staff were courteous but not over attentive - I guess in short I felt at home there (i am a return customer) and I have not rated anyone else with a '10'
