She even offered her garage for us to store our motorcycles overnight. Breakfast was lovely - I’d happily stay again.

From providing great local tips to assisting with any questions we had, her hospitality truly stood out. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay.

Located in Thurso and only 23 km from Sinclair's Bay, Valleyview House provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is set 17 km from The Castle Gardens of Mey and features luggage storage space. One of the best places we have every stayed in. The hosts were amazing, the breakfasts were superb, the room was gorgeous with a stunning view over Dunnet Head, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom lovely -- everything about it was great. The hostess has a pet Highland Koo in the adjacent paddock (Coco) and she had given birth to a calf (Maisie) on the mornign we arrived. This added a unique dimension to our stay.
