In the centre of Callander, which is set in The Trossachs National Park, this Georgian town house provides individually styled rooms with free Wi-Fi and home-cooked breakfasts.

Rooms at the Highland House Hotel each have a flat-screen cable TV, clock radio and free tea and coffee. Every room has a private bathroom, whilst many also retain some of the building’s original features. The hosts were incredibly nice and the breakfast was delicious! We loved the 24/7 free-of-charge coffee machine, too. The rooms are very nice and the matresses were very comfortable.

This 3-star bed and breakfast offers full-day security and luggage storage space. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Our stay at Poppies Hotel in Callander was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the historic character of the building—elegant, timeless, and lovingly maintained. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between classic Scottish charm and modern comfort. Our room was beautifully appointed with thoughtful details, tasteful decor, and a warmth that made us feel instantly at home. It was clear that great care had been taken to ensure every element contributed to a restful and memorable experience. Breakfast the following morning was a true highlight—exquisitely prepared with high-quality ingredients and presented on a heated plate with care. Whether you prefer a hearty Scottish breakfast or something lighter, there’s something to satisfy every palate. But what truly elevates Poppies Hotel are the wonderful hosts - Susan and John, together with their team. Warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they all made us feel like valued guests from start to finish. Their passion for hospitality shines through in every interaction. Set on the slopes of Ochil Hill, the 19th-century Broomhall Castle Hotel features charming rooms, some with four-poster beds. The historical city of Stirling is just 5 miles away.

The Castle offers charming en suite rooms with solid wooden beds, a TV and tea/coffee facilities. A full cooked breakfast is provided. On arrival we were greeted and shown personally to our room which was fantastic. Due to the visit being to celebrate our anniversary we got a lovely treat of prosecco in our room. The bath in the room was fantastic - lovely and deep! We had booked dinner at the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The service was fantastic, lovely waitress who took care of us and again provided us with complimentary bubbles for our anniversary dinner - what a lovely touch, and very much appreciated. The food was delicious and atmosphere, although a little quiet suited us perfectly. We had a lovely night together in our 4-poster room - and came down to breakfast which again was delicious. Overall we would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Beautiful views, lovely people and fab food. Great experience - we will definitely book again this year for another wee overnight!! thank you all for helping make our anniversary as special as we thought it was too.

Situated in the heart of Loch Lomond National Park, The Winnock Hotel is set in an 18th-century building and features an on-site bar and a restaurant serving British cuisine. Public parking facilities are available free of charge. We’ve been here a few times now. I love how peaceful the area is. Always feels very welcoming and staff work so hard. We had dinner in the Bar area and the portions are very good. The food was delicious and we stayed and had drinks before bed. What I must say is the breakfast is amazing piping hot and served at your table 👏👏 no buffet here🙏 first class breakfast to die for.

The luxurious Victoria Square and the Orangery Restaurant shares the elegance of this desirable area of Stirling, with a selection of distinctly styled en suite rooms. Limited on-site parking and Free Wi-Fi are available at Victoria Square, just 4 minutes drive from the majestic Stirling Castle.. The hotel was in a good location. I could walk from the train station, and the castle was also within walking distance. The room was clean. It was a nice touch to find a small bottle of sherry in the room.
