All feature a minibar, desk and safe. The staff went out of their way to upgrade our room because we had a birthday during our stay. It was really special and extremely accommodating.

Room was comfortable and we had a small seating area. Hotel has a great deal of historic charm and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was tasty and there was a nice range of options for the time that we were there. We walked everywhere once we checked in and the transfer to and from the airport was easy via the metro which was fairly close to the hotel.

The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and even helped me solve a difficult and urgent situation. Købmagergade shopping street is a 12-minute walk away. Very good location with very nice staff. Everything that I needed was managed by them. Also breakfast was delicious. The rooftop terrace was a cherry on top!
