Right opposite Two Rivers and Four Lakes, Guilin Rong Lake Aroma Tea House, formerly Jing Guan Ming Lou Museum Hotel, is located in the city centre. It features collections of ancient Chinese antiques, modern art galleries, a Chinese-style courtyard and accommodation with free wired internet access. The interior of the hotel captivated me at first sight, I'm a tea guy so I was definitely the target audience. The common area and dining space has great views on the city, the interior of the hotel is just mind blowing, and the best part was tea-making kit in the room in a separated corner of the room, high-quality black tea was provided. This is something I've never experienced before, at least not this high quality. I'll go back to Guilin, just to stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They told us the hotel has been built inside a very ancient house, which is why it doesn't have a lift. Keep this in mind if you travel heavy. The interior design was lovely, especially the tea table by the window. It's also walk distance from the pier if u took the cruise from Guilin. And very near the town center. So super convenient location.

The location being outside of the main city is really awesome if you are looking for a quiet nice night  The mopeds that they rent there are the best things ever makes life and getting around so much easier Fridge is $30 a night. You are getting way more than your moneys worth as I mentioned the people there are awesome

Liangjiang International Airport can be reached in 1 hour's car journey. Very comfy room and the hotel in general. Great location, not far from major attractions and the train station. Extremely helpful staff - helping me book a tour, order something online, and waiting with me to make sure the tour picks me up. Great attached coffee house with 1 free cup for every booked day. Lovely decor. Elevator.
