El hotel Bristol, de gestión familiar, se encuentra en una zona céntrica y tranquila de Zermatt, entre la estación de tren y el teleférico del Klein Matterhorn. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

Amazing property and view of the Matterhorn. Hot tub and fireplace and staff were amazing. My husband had been injured whilst skiing and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and had everything extra he needed. The host was on call all the time and assisted us with any extra requests and it was a pleasure staying there.

El Hotel Romantica ofrece jardín, WiFi gratuita y habitaciones con TV por cable de pantalla plana en una zona tranquila de Zermatt. The owners were very nice, very welcoming, always giving good tips of the skiing lifts, conditions, slopes throughout the stay! I felt very welcomed there and will definitely come back again and try the chalet. Everything felt cozy and charming, great service, good breakfast and they paid attention to your needs:) The location was very central, close to the main street and not far from the ski lifts. Highly recommend this stay and looking forward to next year!
