Cómodo, limpio, camas y almohadas cómodas, bien calefaccionado. Ducha excelente. Brinda la posibilidad de disponer de agua caliente y té en cualquier momento del día. Tiene servicio de laundry que resulta muy práctico (se compran fichas y uno puede lavar y secar su propia ropa). Buen desayuno. Excelente atención del personal. Está a 15 cuadras de la estación de tren (Interlaken OST) y a 12 de Interlaken West.

I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Este hotel de propiedad familiar está situado en una zona tranquila de Interlaken, a 200 metros de la estación Interlaken West. Ofrece WiFi y aparcamiento gratuitos. 1. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The towels were changed daily as well. 2. The breakfast was made up of bread, butter and other spreads, cold cuts, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee. It was enough to sustain us till mid afternoon. 3. The location was in Interlaken West, more on the quiet side of town. Very near train station and one can easily walk all the way to Interlaken Ost. 4. Hospitality - it was Sassa who received us when we arrived and she explained the house rules. On the succeeding days, it was Christine who met us for breakfast. I didn't get the name of the person in charge of housekeeping - she was awesome!

This hotel really surprised me, the service quality was way higher compared to other hotels I visited in Switzerland in a similar price range. You can really see how they put attention into the smallest details. Hotel staff was prepared and professional. The location is in the heart of the old town in a historical building.

El Rössli es un hotel acogedor y confortable con una ubicación céntrica pero tranquila y goza de magníficas vistas al macizo de Jungfrau. The room we had was very cozy, we loved it. Everyone who worked there was very very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great!
