We only had the one night in Namur, but it couldn't be faulted. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, while the room and facilities were everything that you would want. In fairness, we spent very little time at the hotel, as the bar and bistro were booked out due to a conference, so further comment is difficult to state accurately. The location was ideal for exploring the attractions of the old city and we did find the local hospitality options very good.
