Este hotel boutique de gestión familiar se encuentra en Anif, a solo 5 km del centro de Salzburgo y justo al lado de la salida Salzburg-Süd de la autopista A10. Amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing breakfast and amazing location. Would definitely recommend and will come back on our next visit.. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 🤩❤️

Personable and friendly staff who were always helpful. Quiet location (in a village) and only 15 minutes on the bus to Salzburg centre. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Lovely breakfast, super comfortable bed, spacious spa area with 4 different spa types and areas to relax. Absolutely spotlessly clean, the owners (family owned) obviously take a great deal of pride in making sure everything is perfect for their guests. Great place to stay, would highly recommend.

Un refugio en medio de la ciudad. Este encantador hotel boutique de gestión familiar es pionero de la economía del bien común. Ubicación , modernidad , limpieza , trato muy agradable . Todo perfecto 😍

La Pension Ballwein se encuentra en Salzburgo, a 2,6 km del Palacio de Festivales de Salzburgo, y ofrece conexión WiFi y aparcamiento privado gratuitos. This even exceeded my expectations. I saw the many positive reviews ... and still was positivly surprised ... This is the ideal place if you come by car (good, safe, free of charge and enough parking next to the house), a bus stop (Nr 21 "Gsengerweg") to the city center is also right there (between the parking and street with busstop is just a hedge sepatating street and house.) For me it was an ideal place to relax (very calm but safe environment, much nature) and work (desk in the room, good light). My room had a spaceful cosy balcony with view to mountains (besides: it's that mountain from the "Sound of Music poster"). Spaceful modern bathroom. Super clean,  room, even the inside the wardrobe had a fresh/neutral smell. My room was modern but cosy, perfect size, tasteful room design. There was a mini bar in my room with good choise of things, a kettle and coffee machine, teas and coffee, hair dryer, safety box, air conditioning, good size TV, sofa, balcony with comfy chairs. Nearby are several restaurants in walking distance (Lake of "Sound of Music" is just 1 km away). Breakfast is included and very good. But the best was: The owners - a family - of this pension are super kind, they really care for their house and for their guests, in the exact proper way (not too much, just right and sensitive for each guest's needs) -  I felt super good and "at home". (Little secret: "Family pension" is a bit of an understatement, the couple are both trained in hotel management, they are professionels! This is like a 4 star hotel which feels like a home!)

Ubicación perfecta, en pleno centro histórico. Calle peatonal muy concurrida, pero la habitación está bien insonorizada. Aire acondicionado. Además pueden guardar tu equipaje después del check out. Todo el personal es encantador.
