Located right on the shore on Lake Wolfgang, Hotel & Gasthof Fürberg is 3.5 km, approximately a 45-minutes walk, from the centre of St. Gilgen. It offers a private beach and a free bicycle and boat rental. I liked everything! The location is amazing, secluded and calm but also has everything you need like food at the restaurant or 5 minutes away by car at any supermarket. I would definitely come again. Friends' groups, however, shall watch out for the showering situation 😂 it is more like a romantic getaway 😉 but I still had lots of fun with my friend there. Ah the Seilbahn is 5 minutes away aaand Hallstaat is about an hour, although I don't recommend leaving the heaven of this place and going to the touristic horror of Hallstaat.

Hotel Garni Anzengruber is located near the centre of St. Wolfgang in the Salzkammergut, 100 metres from the famous Weißes Rössl and the beautiful pilgrimage church. Absolutely loved this place. Felt like home. :) We loved getting to know the owners and enjoyed a laid-back, nature filled vacation! Breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful. Would love to return soon.

Dinner is served on the lakeside terrace, in the restaurant, or in the winter garden. The exclusive restaurant, awarded from the Falstaff Gourmet Guide with 2 forks, offers an extensive wine list. The hotel staff is super nice and friendly, he recommend us the activities and help us find a taxi during rainy season, made us enjoyed st Wolfgang more, would definitely recommend. Breakfast is also nice, and inner decoration is very artistic.

This traditional, family-run hotel enjoys a quiet but central location, offering guests high-quality, comfortable accommodation in the pretty town of St. Gilgen, 300 metres from the shores of the Wolfgangsee lake. This individually designed countryside hotel offers 4-star comfort and features a private bathing place and a lakeside garden. There is also a sun terrace with a hot tub, a sauna and a relaxation room. Warm and friendly welcome, beautiful small garden, sauna, own wooden beach on the lake. Breakfast was not exceptional, but good enough.

Free WiFi is available. Amazing Hotel and staff. The location of the hotel is not in the center of st Wolfgang which we enjoyed, only a short walking distance of 5-10 minutes. We had a room with sea side view, please book it! The view is worth the money. The breakfast was also one of the better breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. Nice private beachfront with sunbeds and cozy restaurants. We will be back!

All rooms and apartments have cable TV and a bathroom with toiletries. Most have a balcony. Large room with a fully equipped kitchen even a dishwasher, comfortable beds, very quiet & central, easy check in. Loved everything
