All self-catering apartments feature a balcony overlooking the iconic Burj Khalifa, the city or Dubai Fountain. Each one offers a living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. A bath and a shower are fitted in the bathroom. The location it perfect, just near the entrance to dubai Mall. We got a room with a perfect view on burdj halifa and the fountain. The apartment is grear and big, one bedroom and one big salon. The breakfast is nice but can better. Best value for money you can ask for.

The hotel is wonderful. Breakfast and restaurants great. Rooms very comfortable and super clean. Surroundings lovely and staff amazing. If we can we will surely go back.

Amazing location, friendly stuff.

Well set in Dubai, Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. This 5-star hotel offers an ATM and a concierge service. The property features an outdoor pool, fitness centre, sauna and restaurant. Everything is good. No comment I am regular guest in the hotel since it was not renovated. Highly recommended especially the staff Jessa, William and Relly
