The staff was amazing, everyone smiling and willing to help. I forgot some stuff in the room and the staff facilitate the shipping to my adress. The difference was definitely made by the people, from cleaners to valet, to beach staff, butlers and reception. They all were great. Breakfast was amazing, crazy variety and taste.

All the fwcilities, especially swim pools, sports and kids activities are very enjoyable and staff are very friendly and helpful, service is excellent!

Situated five minutes away from the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Zayed Sports City, Wahat Al Karama Memorial Park and the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, Park Rotana features free WiFi, five food... The hotel is located in a very central area of Abudhabi and it is convenient to reach different attractions from it especially Yas Island which is located only 20 minutes away from the hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful, check in and check out times were fast, room service was fast. We liked that they have upgraded our room to a suite without asking and that made our short stay more pleasant. I can’t remember the name of the receptionist but thanks alot for that initiative. Pool area was clean and my kids really enjoyed it

El Southern Sun Hotel Abu Dhabi está ubicado en el centro del distrito financiero. Large room with extra comfortable bed! Amazing breakfast and super friendly staff. Very nice pool! Good location, everything within 10-20 minutes by taxi (which is always available outside of the hotel). Highly reccomended!!
