The overall environment is clean and relaxing. The presence of monkeys is a bonus! For anyone who aspires to live a life "far away from the masses", this is THE place. It's indeed a privilege to stay here in this slice of paradise for three nights, the memories of which linger in our minds days after we left the place. All Staffs are friendly and helpful. We were invited to attend the weekly cocktail party on the beach upon our initial arrival. Mr. Hai Nguyen, the Director of Guest Services, came to us at the party. We had a very pleasant conversation about the hotel and its role in promoting the local communities and, in a sense, the nation by large. And an outcome of the conversation was an unexpected, pleasing though, surprise Mr. Hai offered us. Indeed, a once-in-a-life experience for us!

Wow! This resort is so wonderful! We enjoyed every minute of it. Our booking was spa inclusive which meant we had a wellness treatment of 80 minutes per person EVERY DAY! The staff is really friendly, mr Quang (duty manager) checked in with us every day to make sure our stay was pleasant, the wellness staff and restaurant staff were very attentive as well. This is the best resort we ever stayed in (and we visit quite some places). Thank you so much! We hope to be back! Davor, Vy & Vinh

After a long travel till Da nang and lots of research for options to stay in Da nang we could not be happier with our choice. Ngoc Cuong welcomed us in reception, settled us in and made sure we were looked after and fed since the begging till the end. It was amazing to have his attentiveness making sure we had a wonderful experience. Brillant hotel it is not only and hotel is a full on experience culinary or to rest. They have spa a gym and they help to organise with no pressure at all activities in or out the hotel. Sadly we only had one night but more than a hotel it was a home away from home. The room…. I mean the room, I have no words, it was so comfortable, river view, bathtub…it reminded us to our bridal suite last year. All staff from the porters till the managers they were always smiling and helpful. We booked the night cruise via them and dinner in the rooftop bar! Exquisite! The maitre at the bar was also outstanding with recommendations and The afternoon tea was included and it was pur first introduction to the views for from the terrace. Beautiful. Now the breakfast!! It is the best buffet we have seen with so much variety for national and international customers. We already had lots of vietnamise food so we opted for comford food back-home like options, and it did not dissapoint at all. Still was a pleasure seen Ngoc again whom made sure we had sample of their fresh fruit options, glorious. Brillant hotel goes above 5 stars hotels in Europe, the treatment you get here for the value you pay is worth way more, you would not get this level of professionalism and humanity anywhere else. Highly recommended to stop by and treat yourself for King and Queen treatment. Thanks for everything!

The set up of the location is wonderful, it’s peaceful, tranquil and you have enough distance to other guests for privacy. The pools are some of the best we have experienced and the facilities include everything, fantastic gym, tennis courts, badminton court, basketball court, paddel court. We had a beachfront villa, that blew us away, the design is Japanese and well done, with great rustic colors, the view over the beach (also from the bed) was spectacular, we had a sunken bath in the room which was cool. The bathroom had a his and hers side and next to the in house shower there was an outdoor shower that was a convenient as the indoor one. Restaurants made great tasting food and the service overall was excellent. The team are super service oriented and have thought of anything you might need before you do and at the same time will never over do it.

Everything was perfect - the staff, the rooms, the location… even the personal touch of the towel and flower art that was awaiting us when we checked in. Super comfortable and fun for the family
