Very comfortable 4* hotel where services and the hotel itself justified the price. Unlike so many other hotels in the US Westin Reston Heights is actually well built and properly sound insulated so you are not bothered by noise from outside despite being in rather busy area. Check-in was effortless, no waiting and the staff was helpful. Generally the hotel looks new and well maintained. Very recommended if you need a comfortable place to stay in the area.

Everything went well! We had to arrive a day earlier than scheduled. Jose was able to accommodate us for the extra day at the original price. That was a real bonus!
