The staff at the front desk were exceptional.They provide us with all we needed.Check-in fast.The property and the room are spotlessly clean.Housekeeping works perfectly.Breakfast is great!They offer a variety of food and drinks even for the picky eaters. The hotel is located approximately 3km from the city centar but the location is clearly marked and therefore there wasn’t any misunderstanding.The connection to the downtown and all of the city’s sightseeing spots is good.

I was preparing breakfasts myself. Due to the well equipped kitchen annex in my room and well-supplied supermarket just 400 meters from the place it was very easy. The hotel is located in a quiet cosy villa quarter of Ljubljana. However, walking distance to the center is 40 mins and by bus it takes less than 10 mins. You only have to buy Urbana card which you can buy in the mentioned supermarket. You cannot pay cash in busses. So, despite it is not located in the center the location is very good. The hotel is very well suited for people who want to relax in a cosy place and still be able to socialize (not too heavily ;-) ) in the center. The managing lady is very helpfull and friendly. Room and the whole object was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is serious about its "boutique" quality. The building has gorgeous interior spaces, especially the lobby and the breakfast room (which acts as an all-day quick-bite dispenser as well). Rooms are amazing. Spacious, quiet, quality bed and bathroom, with great coffee machine to boot. The WiFi is very fast and adequate for video calls. Staff is very attentive to ensure you have the best experience possible. Location is incredible to explore Ljubljana's old town, as it is right on the edge of it. A 5 minute walk and you are essentially right in the middle of the triple bridge, which is very central. As far as convenience goes, there are minimarkets and plenty of restaurants around the hotel, too.

    Gorgeously designed and decorated, boutique-like atmosphere. Loved the design furniture and calm surrounding. The rooms were pretty and the view to the mountains was nice bonus. Easy to locate, parking right in front of the building. Short drive to the airport and city. Lovely staff who really looked after us.

    Great central location but on a quiet street. Deceptively spacious hotel - from the street it looks really small. Large rooms. Beautifully interior designed. Super helpful staff - the guy on reception stayed over an hour after the end of his shift to be able to welcome my kids who arrived v late after a much delayed flight. Everything I look for in a small boutique hotel.
