We love our shuttle bus driver, though we couldn't seem to recall his name. Our flight arrived around midnight and thankfully the shuttle bus ran until late. Our family was the only ones on the bus so the driver was helpful and friendly enough to share some fun facts about the town & Amsterdam overall. The room was alright and the bathroom was spacious. Everything was great during our stay since we were staying for one night before flying to Venice.

It was an emergency booking, due to cancelled flight, and it was the best thing in that day. Everybody was kind and patient, the room was excellent, so thanks for everything.

The room was amazing, all the facilities were working well. The shuttle bus is free and departs on time. You can take as many as you can, so it is very convenient if you would like to travel to other cities by train. You could easily take the shuttle bus to the airport and take the train/metro to the place you want and back in the same way.
