The staff were amazingly friendly, very personable. The location was excellent, close to the heart of Amsterdam, but away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast is excellent value for money, everyone should consider this, and up in the room, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great views from the room, hard to fault.

I had an amazing time staying at The Dylan Amsterdam Hotel! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Despite it being a large hotel, they somehow managed to know every guest by name, which made my experience feel so personal and welcoming. The hotel itself is luxurious and incredibly comfortable—everything from the rooms to the overall ambiance made for a relaxing stay. The quality of the food was outstanding as well, adding to the overall experience. A huge shoutout to the reception team, especially Kaylani who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and another special thanks to Amber who very kindly walked with me with an Umbrella in hand through the pouring rain to my taxi outside the hotel. Both Their genuine friendliness made my stay extra special. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and amazing food in Amsterdam.

A beautiful hotel in a great location in the very center of Amsterdam! Friendly staff, very tasty food. They came out to meet us and allowed us to enter the rooms already at 10 in the morning, even though check-in is from 3 p.m. For every recommendation!

Great location in AMS oud west, a bit outside from the center but full of nice places to eat especially the Food Hallen. You can walk everywhere from here but there are also a lot of connections with the public transport. The hotel is beautiful, great design, great service, the room was very clean. It's also possible to have breakfast or eat for lunch&dinner, lovely bar for wines and drinks. Thank you very much!

Great view, Location is not bad if you can walk 20-25 minutes you can get to some nice busy spots, but we mostly moved to locations with Uber. The hotel Staff was great, very kind and very professionals, they also offered to store our baggage after checkout to allow us one final tour in the city before out flight.
