The staff are nice and polite. During the Ramadan period, most the restaurant are closed. they provided meal and even vegetarian food. The dinner food was fresh, tasty and excellent. most important they have a lovely cat who is queen of the riad. She is with you all the time.

The very first impression, as that big blue door opens and you are greeted, is one of welcome, friendliness, and peacefulness. You may meet either George or Oumaima - both are very professional, kind, joyful, thoughtful and completely knowledgeable about the area. They made us feel so welcome and answered all of our questions. Riad l'Alcazar is lovely and George and Oumaima are superb hosts and they made all the difference to our trip to Rabat. Mustafa is also a very kind and thoughtful gentleman who was always willing to help and the woman who cleans the Riad does excellent work and always has a smile.

    Amazing Riad!! The Riad itself is stunning (you will be amazed by the interial design) and located on a safe road. The breakfast is served on the roof top - good variation of food and the fresh pressed orange juice is amazing!
