I'm from Philippines and I have stayed 3 days and 2 nights at this hotel in a Executive Suites with Access Lounge and high quality of service to details remains. Staffs is amazing, they are very friendly and accommodating. It's a perfect place to stay with a luxurious hotel like Cinnamon Grand Hotel. Will recommend this. Loved how beautiful the place is. Staff is friendly and understanding. We asked for a different room and they had one ready for us. It took a while for them to get it ready as the previous customers were still occupying the room. Loved that we were handed over a 10% discount card to shop at their Paradise road stores.

We spent our last day and night at Wallawwa. It was an overall luxury and perfect to unwind after our travels. They have complimentary tea time and a happy hour, the pool area is gorgeous, everyone was helpful and kind. I wished we stayed for another night, it was a peaceful bliss!
