The perfect hotel for a vacation in the north of Italy! The staff are so welcoming and helpful, they provide you a family feeling and help with anything you need. The location is amazing with a view right on the lake , and theres always an option for parking - even blocking other cars and the staff holds the keys for you to take care of it. The staff is very nice and professional. We had an uncertain arrival time and they managed very well the situation. The breakfast is tasty and rich.
