1. Great personnel at the reception who provided us with free upgrade, knowing that we had a long way and it was our first stay at the lake. 2. Great room with the lake view and private warm jacuzzi at the terrace. 3. Very tasty breakfast with all you need: squeezed juice, fresh bread, great Italian coffee, omelet, sausages, bacon, cheese, sweet pastry etc. 4. Excellent hotel, close to a very nice beach and a big mall that has couple nice shops and restaurants. It has very nice breakfast with a nice view to the hotel’s garden and pool. It offers nice discounts on restaurants, cable car and boat. Very nice service with nice people that are welling to help. The centre is considerably close around 15 min walking. The hotel offers bike ride with affordable prices. I like the room, how everything is available and nice organized.

The room was very modern and extremely clean, very comfortable bed, lovely balcony and air conditioning. The bathroom had a jazzy coloured light shower and everything was finished to a really high standard. It was only a short walk to the beaches on the east of Riva Garda. Being awkward and English, we arrived a bit early and the owner Oscar made our room ready as soon as possible for us. We also asked if there was any chance of a kettle and he arrived at our room shortly afterwards with a kettle, cups, saucers and a variety of drinks, which was very kind and much appreciated. The breakfast was good and all the staff were friendly. We would definitely recommend!
