The room was very modern and extremely clean, very comfortable bed, lovely balcony and air conditioning. The bathroom had a jazzy coloured light shower and everything was finished to a really high standard. It was only a short walk to the beaches on the east of Riva Garda. Being awkward and English, we arrived a bit early and the owner Oscar made our room ready as soon as possible for us. We also asked if there was any chance of a kettle and he arrived at our room shortly afterwards with a kettle, cups, saucers and a variety of drinks, which was very kind and much appreciated. The breakfast was good and all the staff were friendly. We would definitely recommend!

To keep my story short, I just have to say that everything was perfect 👌 The hotel is wonderful, located i a less busy street. The car could be parked under the hotel and there were city-bikes available. Awesome! I had a nice room with a wonderful view over the pool and the mountains. The staff was very friendly. Everyone was helpful. A special thanks to Gabriella. Every morning, we had a nice conversation. She gave me a lot of advice and suggestions for things to do, and she made me feel very welcome 🙏 For breakfast, there was plenty of choice, always fresh. Incredible 👏 Truly an amazing hotel. We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is modern and well-equipped, with a convenient location close to the lake, a grocery store, and the charming old town. The private parking area is a great bonus — it’s secured with a gate and video surveillance, and there was plenty of space for our minivan. Our host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the option for an early check-in — we were able to move in as early as 12:00, which made our arrival so much more comfortable. We would definitely love to come back!

It is exceptionally good. The breakfast was amazing combining quality with variety. The service was outstanding and all the services provided where excellent. I would definitely recommend it for a family since it is a child friendly hotel. Finally i must add that it is a hotel that cares for the details.
