We were really impressed by how the cleaning is done which is very important travelling with a small child. Room was always bright and clean, the towels were changed daily, same for the pillows. I cannot imagine a better place, cleaner and with a kitchen for an amazing report of money vs. quality in Civitanova! We absolutely love it and it is our 2nd time here! The family rooms are very spacious and it makes it ideal for a family trip. Very close to the sea, the city centre, the shops, the restaurants and all the good things Civitanova has to offer.

We were travelling back home from South Italy after our holidays. It was during the weekend, therefore the traffic was terrible. We decided to break the trip half way home and Cosmopolitan hotel was right at the exit of the highway. Most of the guests were tourists like us who had the same idea. Excellent hotel. Nice rooms. Good restaurant.

Amazing Stay with Fantastic Spa & Great Service! I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The location was perfect—we found it quickly using navigation. The entire place was spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The spa was incredible, with a great jacuzzi that had enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. The restaurant’s food was delicious—we enjoyed every meal! The breakfasts were also fantastic. One small suggestion: adding background music in the restaurant would create an even better atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, with excellent English skills. Their warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even more special. Overall, a wonderful experience! Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We travelled to Civitanova to attend a wedding. They booked us a double room but they changed the room type to a twin room (one double and one single) when we checked-in. The location was very close to the sea side and to the main square.
