Great location. I thought I'd booked a room with a view. When I realised it had a balcony but was an internal room they changed the room which was available (it was winter) for free and an amazing view it was. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As we were tired and it was rather cold we ate hesitantly at attached restaurant. We did not have to worry, the food was superb as was the service.

Everything we needed in the room, off season we enjoyed the city, recommended sights the fortress castle was amazing to explore it and a wonderful view of the whole city, excellent recommended restaurant for super money and even in November we tried the beach

Our experience was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. They helped us find and recommend local attractions and even contacted the cruise company late at night when we realized we had left something behind. On the day of our checkout, when we struggled to find a taxi, they did everything possible to assist us. The facilities were all in top-notch condition. Overall, an amazing experience!
