I was upgraded to a junior suite and it was absolutely beautiful. Nice and comfortable bed and great space for enjoying the space. I got roomservice one evening and the salad was super fresh. The service at the hotel is amazing and the decor is beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing too. Loved all of it. Will stay here again.

Old school Grand Hotel. Have always enjoyed staying here when in Milan. Staff is very attentive (though less so than before Covid hit). The hotel rooms are well appointmented and oppulently furnished. The location is an easy walking distance to the shopping district.

The staff were absolutely helpful, flexible and very very kind. They did alot of ekstra for us! They were always smiling. Fransesco from the bar, helped us with our extra wishes, and were also very kind 👌 The breakfast covered everything we wished for in a nice enviroment with a view.

It’s a beautiful historic property and is beautifully appointed. Spotlessly clean and bright. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. It’s in a quiet area close to the Duomo. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices fresh fruit, an assortment of pastries, breads, cereals, yoghurts, eggs, bacons, cheeses, cold cuts. Also each night was an opportunity to have a complimentary glass of Prosecco or wine. It’s a beautiful hotel, great staff and would return.
