absolutely fantastic and exceptional place. One of the best boutique hotels I have ever visited. The staff of the hotel is kind helpful and I would like to mention especially the reception manager Doodi that was kind and went beyond the call of duty to help us. The rooms are large clean and very very comfortable. Breakfast is freshly laid daily and is exceptional. The area around his quaint and if you need to have breakfast or dinner you can find many nice small restaurants and brasseries.

Villa Brown in the Greek Colony is one of the most beautiful places to stay in in Jerusalem. In the heart of a quiet neighborhood and close to central locations within walking distance, it is charming, with and inviting lobby and extraordinary service. I especially want to praise Suheir who was patient, efficient, and one of the only women I have met who is able to do 10 tasks at once. Thank you for the perfect hospitality for us and our families. In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.

The hotel building is beautiful. Location close to the Old Town. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel also includes a swimming pool and sports center! Unfortunately I didn't have time to take advantage of this offer, but perhaps next time we have more time we will give the sports center a try.

Upon arrival the staff at Cramim was there for us. We arrived when it was raining and they made sure to get our luggage. Check in was quick, and then we immediately went to the spa to schedule a massage. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious. We stayed there for hours just relaxing while looking at the mountains. The spa was really nice, but the food was the highlight. The breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Feels like a family run hotel rather then a hotel chain. Excelent location next to the city center and the tram. Complemetry diary refreshment with wine, salads, soup and more. Nice breakfast. Very plesent hotel staff. We came with a dog and the hotel was very accomodating and provided bed for the dog.
