The hotel is lovely, with a tram stop conveniently located just across the street, providing easy access to the center of Zagreb. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a great variety, ensuring a perfect start to the day.

It’s absolutely great experience based on service & cost. The hotel is very good starting from location and finishing with choice for the breakfast and comfortable beds. The best is personal: you will be covered with attention from guys who meet you at the entrance and continuing with reception, concierge, staff at the breakfast. People are friendly, sincere , smiling, fast in any reaction (I get an answer regarding hairdressing booking from the concierge in 30 minutes after sending an email!) Being a frequent traveler due to business and pleasure and staying in 4-5 hotels per month in different countries- sincerely recommend Esplanade to make your home during your stay in beautiful Zagreb

Superior room was surprisingly spacious. Even the bathroom had plenty of space, with double vanity units! Room not too hot nor cold, just right. Water kettle, with coffee/tea servings was a nice touch. The elevators were super fast. Hotel page advertises public parking garage (€1.5/hour), right next to hotel building, but we opted to take the spot on the street parking nearby, which was free of charge since it was weekend. Hotel lobby, dining area, and caffe were all pleasant and cozy. This is our to go hotel from now on.

Everything was great! The host was extremely helpful and kind, providing great advice on transportation, shopping, and restaurants. Location was excellent - only a few minutes walk from the old town. Facilities were great - everything you need in an apartment and more. Clean, quiet, well-maintained. Lovely terrace with the one bedroom apartment. Good wifi.

The room was great! It was spacious enough, clean and the location was amazing! The bed was comfortable, as well as the pillow and covers. It has a fridge and a comfy sofa and TV to chill a little after a long day. Communication was great and friendly! Close to great restaurants, bars, shops and all the center stuff you wanna see!
