The Hotel is in a great location - you can walk to everywhere! Along the river to Westminster, go the other way along the river and you come to Tower Bridge and St. Paul's, a few minutes walk away is Covent Garden. The Hotel is lovely inside and out! Our stay was absolutely delightful! While you won’t find expansive lobbies or grand restaurant spaces here, the charm lies in the cozy, home-like atmosphere and the warm professionalism of the staff. We genuinely wished we had more time to simply relax and savor the inviting cups of coffee or the delicious afternoon hot chocolate. Unfortunately, London’s sights were calling, but we’re already planning to indulge more on our next visit. Highly recommended!

I only stayed overnight for work, and was perfect for that beds are super comfy and there’s a desk to work at. Bathroom facilities are lovely with Rituals products. Staff are super friendly and the location is great to get around kensington. Didn’t get to try out the restaurant and bar facilities but they looked really nice and lots of room service selection was available. The interior design was gorgeous and modern and super clean - especially the lobby which was stunning. I would definitely stay for longer in the future!
