Whilst a little out of town (which we knew on booking) the ski bus stops directly outside the hotel so easy if you are aware of timetable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast — a perfect combination of a buffet and exquisite signature dishes made by the chef. Every morning felt like a new culinary experience, and I was always full and, more importantly, everything was incredibly delicious. The staff deserve a special mention as well — they were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and truly professional. A special thank you to Valeria, who was always available to answer any questions and helped me navigate and get oriented in Les Gets — her support made a real difference during my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing, with great attention to detail in both service and design. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with amazing food and top-notch hospitality.

Very high quality rooms and facilities. Large room with balcony and inside sitting area. The hotel staff were all lovely and chatty. They arranged adjacent rooms for me & my wife and my daughter & son - great for a family break. Great full bath in both ensuites. Plush nightgowns. Fridge. Coffe maker. Great wifi. Quiet town but very close (30 mins) to Geneva.

We spent one of the most wonderful holidays in this Chalet. Travelled with 2 little children and babies, they were delighted. Everything was perfect. So much natural beauty around the chalet, the beds were fantastic, the attention to detail of each and every room, the temperature inside, lightning, the welcome of the host was excellent. The views are incredible, surrounded by green, cows, sheeps, nice walks nearby. Kitchen fully equiped, wonderful hot tub outside, grilling option. The chalet has a tesla charger in the parking Thank you Charles and family for everything, looking forward to our next visit.

The staff are very friendly and exceptionally patient. They are placed under immense pressure on a Saturday afternoon during change over day, which they deal with very well. Why aren't check-in times staggered instead of everyone coming back at 5pm. It's manic for about 3 hours. The location is great and great for the ski-lifts at Flaine. The Spa facilities are excellent, and a refreshing relax post the slopes.
