This hotel is just beautiful - I imagine it’s not 5 stars because of limited facilities (no big conference rooms etc.), and common spaces are limited as it’s an old building - but it’s elegant, spotless clean, it has charm and personality and it may just be the most quiet hotel I’ve ever been in, which says a lot as it’s in the old city center. The staff has been really kind and helped with every question and request.

Breakfast was good but would have like Greek yogurt and fresh berries if possible with granola. But great serving time until 11.00. Very quiet room on second floor and easy to get to. Best Cosmopolitans in Mallorca I had all week! We left a phone and glasses in a taxi and staff were able to help retrieve them very quickly! Excellent! Also Great recommendation for nearby coffee shop.

What a fabulous find. The hotel was well appointed and all staff members were helpful and kind. Perfect location for exploring Old Town Palma, beautiful rooftop area, cozy space for a coffee or glass of wine and fantastic daytime and evening views. Palma Suites exceed our expectations. Great bar/lounge space, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathroom/shower area and exceptional staff. All recommendations were spot on!

Fantastic location by the portixol harbour, close to a small Beach with cozy restaurants around. Free bikes to go to the city (10 minutes) and to beaches outside palma. Beautiful pool and a very relaxed atmosphere - even with a full hotel there is no crowds by the pool or breakfast. Fantastic breakfast, restaurant and bar.
