My stay was perfect, helpful staff at reception, great breakfast with professional staff in the restaurant area, clean and spacious room, very efficient housekeeping and spacious car parking, central location. You can tell the staff do their best to provide an high quality service.

Breakfast was fabulous; great choices! The location was perfect, near everything we wanted to see. The room was very comfortable. What impressed us most was the staff at reception. The two young men who were there on the day we arrived were very welcoming and pleasant and in general everyone working at the front desk was helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel is good, with most attractions and restaurants within walking distance. It is also easily accessible via the tram from Dresden Hbf. Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was great and spacious, and I definitely appreciate the free minibar! Breakfast was also decent and there were plenty of seating options.
