Room was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good even though there's not a huge selection it's enough and the options change each day. The location is safe and there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Rooms are gorgeous, they look like they belong to a palace, and the workers Christian, Martha and Richard were making me feel like a queen giving 5 stars service. Breakfast was delicious with fresh tropical fruits, eggs, etc, all made by order.

Amazing helpful and friendly staff. We could store our luggage after checkout and they called a taxi when I wasn't possible to get a taxi. We were in a hurry at that moment and he immediately responded to our request. That was great!
