Wonderful hotel at an exceptional location directly at the lake shore, and while on the outskirts of Lucerne with a frequent bus connection that takes one to the center in about 10 minutes, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. I liked that is was indeed clean. It was useful to have wifi in our rooms. I liked that the heating was on. The kids were happy to receive a surprise chocolate rabbit in their room for Easter.
